1. When contacting the customer service, the information about the serial
number is necessary.
Alternatively, you can use the OCR scan function of a suitable device
(e.g. with a smartphone) to scan the QR-Code attached next to the rating
plate and use the form that then opens in the internet browser of your
device to send all the necessary information to our customer service.
See also chapter 6. QR-Code.
2. We consider ourselves responsible for the safety and reliability of the
MLX iDome / MLX i 3 (Cube) Dome only if repairs and modifications are
carried out by us or a person authorized by us.
Furthermore, the electrical installation of the room must comply with the
regulations (VDE 0100 or 0107) and the MLX iDome / MLX i
3
(Cube) Dome
must be used in accordance with the instruction manual.
3. In case of improper modifications or manipulations to the MLX iDome /
MLX i
3
(Cube) Dome, any warranty on behalf of Gharieni Group GmbH is
excluded.
4. All electric components are designed for continuous operation.
Leave the MLX iDome / MLX i

(Cube) Dome connected to the mains if it is
used every day.
5. Regularly check the power cord for signs of damage.
6. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by or an aftersales service
authorized by Gharieni Group GmbH or a qualified professional only.

If you wish to contact the Gharieni customer service regarding
your MLX iDome / MLX i 3 (Cube) Dome, we recommend taking
a photo of the rating plate previously (e.g. using a mobile phone
or a digital camera). This makes it easier for you to identify the
information on the rating plate (e.g. the serial number of your
MLX iDome / MLX i 3 (Cube) Dome) to provide the required
information to the customer service.
On the cover page of this instruction manual is an area in which
you can note the serial number of your MLX iDome /
MLX i 3 (Cube) Dome. This way, you have the serial number
always at hand.
