Connect customer-supplied connection cable for free-swing door closer 24 V (J-Y (ST) Y2x0,8) to terminal 3 and 4.

With connector box (A)
Lay customer supplied connection cable for free-swing door closer 24 V (J-Y (ST) Y2x0,8) to connector box (A) and

connect to + and – with luster terminal (Reverse battery protection, but no function).
Put the plug (B) into socket (C) at the closer and screw down.

In the case of concealed connection (D)
Lay customer supplied connection cable for free-swing door closer 24 V (J-Y (ST) Y2x0,8) to supply terminal (D) of

the closer (Reverse battery protection, but no function).
IMPORTANT
Following the guideline for hold-open systems by the DIBt (German Institution for Construction Technology) the
installation of a circuit breaker is compulsory, if door closers with free-swing function are used.
Connecting wire cable to trigger
