5. MACHINE OPERATION
Charging the battery
1.
Make sure that the charger is not plugged into the
power outlet.
2.
Place the battery to the charger. When placed
correctly, the battery fits into the charger easily.
3.
Plug the charger to the power outlet.
4.
A red LED indicates that the battery is charging.
5.
The charging time is approx. 3-5 hour.
6.
LED fades when the battery is fully charged.
Do not leave the battery to the charger when it
is not necessary, this can cause damages to the
battery and charger!
7.
Let the charger cool at least 15 minutes before
charging another battery.
NOTE! The batteries included in the machine are not charged. They must be charged fully
before they can be used. Always use the battery power until the battery is completely
discharged and recharge it fully. This will maximize the life span of the battery.
NOTE! When charging the batteries for the first time, it is recommended to charge them for
approx. 5 hours!
Keyless drill chuck
The machine is equipped with keyless drill chuck. In order to open or tighten
the chuck, take the end of the chuck into one hand and turn the front part of the chuck with the
other hand.
Place the rotation direction selector switch in the locking position before changing bits
etc.!
