Troubleshooting
在操作期間，如果出現任何錯誤代碼，在致電服務中心前，可按照以下表格檢查。以下是常見的
故障現象和處理方法：
During operations, if any error occurred, please check the following table before calling for service. Below are
common phenomenons and solutions:

source?

繫服務中心檢查及維修。
Check the root causes carefully.
If the problem cannot be fixed,
please contact Service Centre for
checking and repairing.
插頭是否鬆脫？
Is the plug connected well?
開啟電磁爐後不加熱，並發
出「嗶」的聲音。
After turning on the cooker it
does not heat and a “Beep”
sound is heard.
是否忘記放置鍋具或鍋具不合適？
Incompatible cookware or no
cookware is used?
放上鍋具或更換合適的鍋具。
Replace with compatible cookware
for the induction cooker.
鍋具是否放置於不正確位置？
Is the cookware not considerably
placed form the center of the
heating zone?
將鍋具放置於電磁爐面板中心的
加熱區。
Place cookware at the center of
the defined heating zone.
加熱的鍋具是否經常被移走？
Is the cookware being heated but
continually being removed?
將鍋具放到爐頭適當的位置上。
Place cookware inside the heating
zone.
在正常運作時產品停止加
熱。
Induction cooker stops
heating during normal
operations.
是否加熱空鍋或溫度過高?
Is the cookware empty or cooking
temperature too high?
請檢查是否錯誤使用。

appliance is being misused.
進風口或出風口是否被阻塞或堆積
了髒物？
Is the air intake/exhaust vent being
blocked?
清除堵塞物，機件冷卻後重新啟
動機器。
Remove obstruction from the vent.
Operate the appliance again after
cooling down.
是否已查過2小時沒有進行操作指
示？
Has the cooker been working for
over 2 hours without any external
instruction?
請重新選擇烹煮功能或選用定時功
能。
Reset cooking modes or use timer
function.

當出現E1、E2或E7，請檢查是否鍋
具問題，或待溫度下降後，再嘗試
重新啟動本產品。當出現E0、E3-E6
時，請聯繫服務中心進行檢查及
維修。
When showing error signal E1, E2
and E7, please check whether the
cookware is suitable, or switch on
the appliance again after it is cooled
down naturally. When showing
E0, E3-E6, please contact Service
Centre for checking and repairing.
