Operating Instructions
Slow Stew
Place ingredients inside the heating pot, pour in right amount of water and close the lid. Press “Function”
button and select Slow Stew mode from the menu. The slow stew indicator flashes. Press “Start / Stop”
button to start operation. The cooker starts operating at 1,500W. The display shows temperature in real
time and the power rating as H. Once the temperature reaches 99 degrees and when water boils, the
cooker switches its power to 300W and continues to work at this rating while the display shows L. The
cooker returns to keep warm mode once operation is complete (Default temperature is 99
℃
, time is 6 hours).
Time can be adjusted during function selection and operation. Adjustable time ranges between 1 minute
and 5 hours 59 minutes. Temperature is not adjustable.
Yogurt
Add pure or fresh milk into the heating pot. Add an appropriate amount of starter culture or 10% pure
yogurt and close the lid. Press “Function” button and select Yogurt mode from the menu. The yogurt
indicator flashes. Press “Start / Stop” button to start operation. The cooker returns to standby mode
once operation is complete (Default temperature is 40
℃
, time is 4 hours).
Time can be adjusted during function selection and operation. Adjustable time ranges between 30
minutes and 9 hours 59 minutes. Temperature is not adjustable. You cannot preset this function.
Deep Fry
Pour oil into the heating pot. Avoid pouring in too much oil to prevent it from overflowing when the fry
basket is inserted later. Press “Function” button and select Deep Fry mode from the menu. The deep
fry indicator flashes. Press “Start / Stop” button to start operation. The cooker starts operating at
1,500W. The display shows temperature in real time and the power rating as H. Once the temperature
reaches 180 degrees, the cooker switches its power to 1,000W and the display shows M for power
rating. When the temperature drops to around 170 degrees, the cooker returns to operating at 1,500W
and the display shows the power rating as H. This cycle repeats. Put food inside the fry basket and
lower the basket into the oil to deep fry.The cooker returns to standby mode once operation is complete
(Default temperature is 180
℃
, time is 30 minutes).
