Operating Instructions
Start/Stop Button
After connecting to a power source, a “beep” sound is heard. In the meantime, a smiley face appears on the LCD.
Select a mode, adjust time and temperature, then press the “Start / Stop” button and the programme begins. The
display switches between power rating and temperature cyclically every 5 seconds. H stands for 1,500W, M for
1,000W, and L for 300W. Press “Start / Stop” button again and the cooker stops operation and returns to standby
mode. While still connected to a power source, press the “Start / Stop” button again within a short time and the
cooker automatically resumes its last setting. Press “Function” button and the cooker memorises the programme
that was last used.
Time or Temp Buttons
After a function is selected, press the Time “+” or “-” button to adjust the time. Every press has a step of 1
minute. Press and hold has a step of 10 minutes. The maximum operation time is 9 hours 59 minutes.
Press the Temp “+” or “-” button to adjust the temperature. Every press has a step of 10 degrees.
Press and hold increases or decreases the time rapidly in 10-degree step. The highest temperature
setting is 240
℃
and the lowest is 40
℃.
Preset Button
You can time the start of the cooker. First, select a desired function and adjust the time and temperature.
Then, press the “Preset” button and the LCD displays the preset time (without showing the temperature). The
preset indicator flashes. You can set a preset time while the indicator is flashing. Having set the preset time,
press the “Start / Stop” button, the preset indicator remains lit which indicates that the preset timer is working.
When it reaches the preset time, the preset indicator goes out and the cooker starts heating. The LCD displays
cook time and temperature. The maximum preset time is up to 9 hours 59 minutes. (In preset mode, press
Time or Temp “+” or “-” button to review or adjust time and temperature. The LCD reverts to displaying the
preset time 10 seconds later. Press “Preset” button again to adjust the preset time by pressing the “+” or “-”
buttons. The cooker returns to operation after the LCD flashes for 10 seconds.)
Function Button
The cooker has 18 functions on the menu. Press the “Function” button to access these functions in a cycle:
pan fry, cake, bake, defrost, chocolate, keep warm, pizza, soup, toast, slow stew, yogurt, deep fry, congee, stir
fry, hot pot, steam, boil, and grill. Every press of the “Function” button selects one function, and the corre

sponding indicator flashes (adjust time and temperature while the indicator flashes). Press “Start / Stop” but

ton to start heating, the corresponding indicator then remains lit. After cooking, the cooker returns to standby
mode. (Once a function is selected, no other function can be selected during operation. If another function
has to be selected, then press “Start / Stop” button to cancel the current function and return to standby
mode. In standby mode, time and temperature can be adjusted. Press “Start / Stop” button to start heating.
No indicator will light up during operation. The cooker returns to standby mode after operation finishes.)
Note
For the first use, you may notice a faint odour due to the burning of residues resulting from production.
This is normal. Do not be nervous, and the smell will gradually disappear after use.
