To install a new lamp:

Connect the lamp wires to the lamp’s spade terminals.

See Figure 19. Position the lamp in the housing with the wires leading towards the top

of the head (1) and tighten the retaining clips.

Fasten the lamp housing assembly to the head (2).

Lead the lamp wires through the lamp housing assembly and connect to the ballast
(3).

Hook the ballast cover onto the stand-off spacers (4).

Note the different fan wire connectors when reinstalling the fan assemblies: the top
fan has the white connector (5). Lead the top fan wires under the larger wire bundle
as shown to prevent it from being pinched (6).

Install the top and bottom head covers.

Reset the lamp hours counter from the display panel.

Before installing the rear head cover, you may want to check lamp alignment and
adjust if necessary as described below.
