a

 

5

 

mm

 

hex

 

key.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lift

 

and

 

remove

 

the

 

guide

 

bearing.

 

 
 

Tip:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Loosen

 

the

 

milling

 

head

 

retaining

 

bolt

 

with

  

a

 

5

 

mm

 

hex

 

key

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lift

 

and

 

remove

 

the

 

milling

 

head.

 

 

To

 

make

 

it

 

easier

 

to

 

lift

 

the

 

milling

 

head

 

off

 

the

 

drive

 

shaft

 

proceed

 

as

 

follows:

 

After

 

having

 

loos

‐

ened

 

the

 

milling

 

head

 

retaining

 

bolt,

 

temporarily

 

replace

 

the

 

guide

 

bearing

 

back

 

onto

 

the

 

milling

 

head

 

and

 

then

 

rotate

 

the

 

guide

 

bearing

 

a

 

few

 

turns

 

so

 

that

 

the

 

central

 

fitting

 

bolt

 

reengages

 

with

 

the

 

milling

 

head.

 

You

 

can

 

now

 

grip

 

the

 

guide

 

bearing

 

and

 

use

 

it

 

to

 

lift

 

out

 

the

 

milling

 

head.

  

 

Lock

 

spindle!
