Beware of the hot surfaces of the cooking zones! The
RESIDUAL HEAT INDICATOR

) indicates which cooking zones are still hot.
The residual heat indicator disappears as soon as the relevant cooking zone has
cooled down. You can use the residual heat for saving energy when starting a new
cooking procedure on a cooking zone which is still warm / hot.
4.3.3 How to activate the flexible cooking zones
1.
Turn the corresponding rotary knob
in clockwise direction
to the symbol
(dual cooking zone) or
(oval cooking zone) to activate the oval or dual

Turn the rotary knob to the desired power setting (1 / 2 / 3 / 4/ 5 or 6)
afterwards.

To deactivate the flexible cooking zones, turn the corresponding rotary knob to

. The cooking zones will be switched off.
4.4 Use of the oven
CAUTION!
The interior parts of the oven become extremely hot. Do
not touch any parts inside the oven if you handle your cookware. RISK OF
BURNS!
CAUTION!
Be careful if you open the door. Do not get in contact with
the hot parts of the oven or the steam, which will escape the oven. RISK
OF BURNS! RISK OF SCALDING!
CAUTION! Always
use oven-gloves.
Proper positioning of the trays is mandatory for safe
operation of the appliance. Otherwise hot food or
cookware can slide off the trays when removing them.

When the appliance has been connected to the mains for the first time, the display
is showing -12.00- and the indicator of the current time is flashing. Now you can
