Overview of errors / causes

Light source does not react to the
radio remote control
The radio remote control is not yet
connected to the control unit
Teaching the radio remote control to
the control unit.

Radio remote control battery empty
Replace the battery
Power failure in the kitchen
Restore mains voltage. The radio
remote control settings are saved.

A light source flashes continuously The radio remote control lost the
connection during teaching
Teaching the radio remote control to
the control unit.

All light sources flash
Short circuit
Check cables and connectors and
eliminate short circuit
The LEDs of a light source are
weaker than the other
comparable light sources
Possibly too many lights are connected
to a control unit
Max. 36 watts can be connected to
one slot or max. 60 watts, depending
on the control unit. The lights should
be distributed over the multiple slots.
Defective lamp
If all other possible causes are
excluded, please contact the furniture
store
One light source is cool white,
while all others are warm white
The light source concerned was
delivered retrospectively and comes
from a subsequent delivery that has
since been converted
A reverse polarity cable (article YVLK)
must be requested. By plugging this
reverse polarity cable between the light
source and the control unit, the light
source is polarized correctly again.
The light source was polarized
incorrectly
One of more than one light source
is not working.
Plug connection loose
Insert plug connections between light
source and distributor on the control
unit.
Check cable break, whether it has
been severely kinked in one place or
otherwise interrupted
If so, please contact the furniture store
Defective light source
If all other possible causes are
excluded, please contact the furniture

Remote control does not respond,
except on / off function.
Remote control is locked.
Unlock remote control:
cw and zone buttons at the same time
Press for 5 seconds.
