5.2.2 Playback using Remote ViewLog
With the Remote ViewLog function, you can play back the files recorded at the GV-Video
Server over TCP/IP network.
For remote playback, the GV-Video Server must allow the access by enabling the
ViewLog Server
ahead. See
4.3.5 ViewLog Server
.
1. For the first time user, run the
Remote ViewLog
program from the Software CD. Next
time whenever you like to use this function, access this option from the GV-Video
Server’s web page.
2. When this dialog box appears, type the GV-Video Server’s IP address, the login ID and
password. Keep the default port

or modify it if necessary.

3. In the Host Type field, select
Video Server.
4. Click
Connect
to access the files of the GV-Video Server for playback.
