2.2  Looking Up the IP address 

By default, GV-FR Panel is assigned with an unused IP address by the DHCP server when it 

is connected to a network. This IP address remains unchanged unless you unplug or 

disconnect your reader from the network. 

 

Follow the steps below to check the IP address of your GV-FR Panel: 

1.  On the main screen of GV-FR Panel, tap the 

GeoVision logo

 at the upper-left corner of 

the touchscreen. 

You’re prompted to type the password of its Administrator account. 

   

2.  On the settings page, find the

 IP Address

 and 

Web Port

 of the GV-FR Panel,
