Bread ingredients
Yeast
We recommend using fast action/easy bake yeast in your bread
maker. This is commonly available in packs of small sachets, which
helps to keep it fresh before use.
Fast action / Easy bake yeast:
This yeast can be added dry to your flour
and does not need to be activated with sugar and water. Always check
the yeast packet to ensure the yeast does not require activating before
use.
IMPORTANT: NEVER
place the salt and the yeast in the same part of the
baking pan as the concentrated salt will kill the yeast before it starts to
work.
