V. Battery Setup and Maintenance
The Geo Cruiser comes with one (1) 24V 10 Ah lithium Ion battery. It is pre-installed and cable
connector ready. For safety reasons, the lithium battery does not ship with the battery cable
connected. It does come with an
“empty battery cartridge” that is used as a placeholder, and is
designed to be replaced by a second optional battery, which acts as a battery back-up system
designed to allow you to go twice the distance.
Connecting the Battery Cable

The first step is to connect the battery
cable to the battery. Below is the battery
connection point located on the side of
the rear wheel.
2. Proceed to connect the cable as shown
below. Make sure the red plug (+) is
plugged into the red connector and the
black into the black.
3. Make sure the battery connector is
tightly secured.
4. The battery should be fully charged. If it is
not, please charge until the light on the
Geo Cruiser power supply turns green. To
charge the unit, connect the male XLR
cable from the power supply to the female
XLR connector on the bottom of the
joystick.
