6. Pull the starter grip lightly until resistance is felt, then pull it briskly

7. When engine running, moved the choke level to CLOSE position.

SETTING ENGINE SPEED

After starting the engine, move the throttle level to FAST position for
self-priming, and check pump output. Decreasing the engine speed will low
the pump output.
