7 Care and cleaning
WARNING!
Never immerse the motor base in water or hold it under running water. Unplug before cleaning to
prevent any risk of electric shock.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury due to cuts.
Handle the blades and discs with care to prevent cut injuries.
Clean the motor base (6) with a damp cloth.
We recommend rinsing blades and discs under running water immediately after use.
All attachments can be cleaned in the top dishwasher tray. Set the dishwasher to a gentle or standard
programme. Do not use programmes with high temperatures (e.g. disinfection or pan programmes).
If you clean an attachment by hand, use a bottle brush to clean inside hollow parts.
Please ensure that you do NOT touch the blade during this process.
Rinse the citrus juicer (16) immediately after use under running water to prevent dried-on residue.
Dismantle the citrus juicer (described in section: Inserting the citrus juicer)
to clean it.
Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents or pads.
Always allow the parts to dry completely before putting them away.
To ensure that the locking mechanism does not get damaged, do not store the bowl with the lid (2)
locked into place.
NOTE: Although you can put the blades and discs in the dishwasher, we recommend that you
clean them by hand to maintain their quality and sharpness for as long as possible.
