PREPARING DOUGH
Insert the big blade (5).
Put the dry ingredients (e.g. flour, sugar, baking powder) into the bowl (4) first.
Close the lid (2) and switch the appliance on.
You can add the other ingredients through the feeder (1) while the appliance is running.
PREPARING SPONGE MIXTURES
Insert the big blade (5).
Add butter, sugar and eggs (if necessary) into the bowl (4).
Close the lid (2) and switch the appliance on. Process until you have a creamy mixture.
Add further ingredients if required.
CHOPPING AND MINCING FOODS
Insert your choice of blade.
Cut the ingredients into approx. 3 cm pieces and put them in the bowl (described in the section:
Maximum filling level).
Close the lid (2) and switch the appliance on.
NOTE: To control the chopping/mincing process use the pulse function.
Processing hard ingredients such as nuts can scratch the inside of the bowl. This does not impair the
appliance’s function.
USING THE CUTTING DISCS
WARNING!
Do not put your hands into the feeder. Always use the pusher!
Insert your chosen disc in the big bowl (4) (with the long shaft (9)).
Close the lid (2) and switch the appliance on.
Before processing foods with shells or stones, the shells and stones have to be removed.
Introduce the foods to be processed into the bowl through the feeder (1). Apply even pressure when
pushing them through the feeder.
NOTE: The side you’re using has to face up. Remember that the 2 in 1 discs can be used on both sides.
Empty the bowl (4) before the chopped ingredients reach the level of the cutting disc.
