Record and Play
Your
Genio PRO S
has a built-in two track recorder.
With it you can record your performance then later play back through the audio and MIDI output.
A. Record
In case, you want to record Track 1
1) Press the
[Record]
button to get into the record mode 1
2) In order to record Track 1, press the
[Play]
button to start recording.
Note :
Before starting recording, beat with settled tempo in advance for one or two measure for
accurate synchronizing play and reference tempo.
3) During recording, part of display shows the current measure for the reference.
4) Press the
[Play]
button again to stop recording.
Note :
If required to change the reference tempo, press the
[Metronome]
button to get into the
metronome mode. Then set the required tempo and beat. To return recording mode, press
[Record]
button again.
In case, you want to record another song to Track 2 separately from Track 1
1) Press either [
▼
] Value or [
▲
] button, display to be R X.
2) Press the
[Play]
button to start recording to Track 2.
3) Press the
[Play]
button again to stop recording.
In case, you want to record Track 2 with an assemble of pre-recorded Track 1 sound
1) Press either [
▲
] Value or [
▼
] button, display to be R P.
2) Press the
[Play]
button to start recording to Track 2.
3) Press the
[Play]
button again to stop recording.
Note :
Whenever you press the
[Play]
button to end recording, in the same time stop recording, mode
will return to play mode automatically.
