Check the wiring for continuity.
Check the starting motor coil is powered.
If the coil is powered and the motor
doesn't work, change the motor.
Check and replace if necessary.
Check and, if necessary, reconnect the
grounding system to the chassis.
Refuel.
Check the pump; replace if necessary,
according to the instructions provided
in the Cummins manual.
Check the suction line and bleed the
system.
Check and replace if necessary.
Change the battery.
Check the efficiency of the alternator
and replace if necessary.
Check and rectify.
Check the fuse; replace if necessary.
Check the micro-switch and replace,
if necessary; with the parking brake
released, you must have 12V on the
pink-yellow wire.
