Step 1
Make sure trigger is in correctly. (Refer to page 6 for replacement instructions.)
Step 2
Place piston rod through handle and reseat piston rod O-ring and U-cup making
sure the U-cup face is towards the barrel end. Then reseat backing washer (for
the 2 ml, 10 ml and 30 ml gun) or another piston rod O-ring (for 60 ml gun).
Step 3
Seat inlet O-ring on piston rod and place main spring on.
Step 4
Place inlet ball and inlet spring into inlet fitting and quickly tip and screw onto end
of piston rod, do not over tighten! Screw adjustment nut on.
Step 5
Reseat barrel O-ring, lubricate barrel and plunger O-ring with Genesis Power Lube
or petroleum jelly and screw barrel into handle.
Step 6
Place outlet rubber gasket onto back of nozzle, place nozzle through barrel cap.
Step 7
Seat outlet check onto outlet spring and place in front end of barrel.
Step 8
Screw on barrel cap.
NOTE:
Do not over tighten inlet nozzle onto piston rod.
REMEMBER:
Lubricate barrel, plunger O-ring and piston rod with Genesis Power Lube or petroleum
jelly.
