Installation Manual for PV Link and SnapRS

SnapRS Health Check

There  are  no  functional tests  that can be  performed  on  SnapRS  devices in the field.  However,

some simple digital multimeter (DMM) checks can confirm the general health of a SnapRS device. 

DMM Red to , DMM Black to SnapRS –

Resistance reads ~ 300 kΩ to 350 kΩ

Diode check reads ~ 0.45 V to 0.55 V

DMM Red to SnapRS –, DMM Black to 

Resistance reads ~ 12 MΩ
