Camera Operation
Self Test
After turning on the PTZ it will automatically start to
pan and tilt as it preforms a self-test. The self-test will
check all functions are working as they should be.
Controlling The PTZ
The PTZ635’s functions can be controlled through a
keypad or compatible DVR.
Creating Presets
Creating a new preset is done in 3 easy steps:
1.
Select the camera you would like to create
a preset for.
2.
Position and zoom the camera as required.
3.
Press
PRESET
. Input the number you would like
assigned to the new preset. Finally press
ENTER
to save the new preset.
Calling Presets
To call a preset follow the steps below:
1.
Select the desired camera.
2.
Press
SHOT
(Call), input the number of the preset
you wish to call and press
ENTER
.
Creating Patrols (Tours)
A patrol (tour) is a collection of at least 3 presets. The
presets are run in order with the camera stopping at
each preset before moving on to the next
To create a patrol follow these steps:
1.
Enter the main menu

Go to
SYSTEM SETTINGS
PATROL TRACK
3.
Set the patrol number
4.
Go to
EDIT
and add presets to the patrol, set the
speed the PTZ moves between positions and the
amount of time the PTZ stays in each position.
