AUTOMATED UPGRADE PROCEDURE

After the upgrade has completed, the Gefen Firmware Update Tool will display any

 

additional operations that need to take place, as shown below. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the upgrade process for the Gefen 8x8 DVI KVM Dual Link Matrix /w Push Button 

Control, the matrix must be rebooted.

 

 

In this case, we need to power-off then power-on the matrix using the power switch on 

the front panel.

The firmware upgrade process is now complete.
