If your telephone goes wrong within one year from the date of
purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge at
our option (excludes aerials and handset battery) provided:

you have not damaged, misused or neglected it;

It has not been tampered with or taken apart unless by a Geemarc
representative; and
¨
you send it to us with your receipt and pay the postage.
If you do have a problem, please read 'Troubleshooting' on page
8 first. If you still can't solve the problem, then in the first
instance, contact the shop where you bought your telephone
product.

If you send us your telephone, please enclose:

your name and address;
¨
an explanation of the problem;
¨
a cheque or postal order for £5 for postage and packing; and
¨
your receipt to show when you bought the telephone.

Please also remove the battery before despatch.

The apparatus is designed to operate from a 230 volt 50HzAC supply
only.
The apparatus does not incorporate an integral power on/off switch. To
disconnect the power, either switch off the supply at the mains power socket
or unplug the AC adaptor. When installing the apparatus, ensure that the
mains power socket is readily accessible.
The interconnection point between the AC adaptor output lead and the
apparatus power socket together with the battery connector contacts,
carry a Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV) and indirectly, a
Telecommunication Network Voltage (TNV). Do not connect any
apparatus to the socket other that the type 40 AC adaptor supplied.
Do not install or operate the base unit in outdoor conditions.
