Step 1: report your problems to the service station
authorized by Geely International Corporation, this is the
most direct way of troubleshooting.
The service station authorized by Geely International
Corporation will provide you possible maintenance services.
First, please report your problems to the maintenance
consultant of the Geely car service station in clear
explanation. If you think the problems remain unsolved, you
can directly report them to the service station master.
If the service station can not solve your problem, go to
step 2: contact the customer call center of the dealer in your
home country.
If the dealer can not solve your problem, go to step 3:
