Placing peripheral devices
on the cart

electrical connection, setting up, and using
these peripherals.
Peripheral devices can be placed on both upper and
lower storage shelves.
The DVD-CD writer can be placed in a dedicated
compartment, as shown in item 16.
Place the heavy devices on bottom shelf, for
improved stability.
Use any one of the three AC power outlets for
peripherals (item 17) and USB ports (item 15) to
connect devices to the system.
Straps should be used to hold all devices in place on
the cart.
When lowering the height of the cart, be sure to
check that the upper storage shelf does not hit any
device on the bottom shelf.
TIP: Use enough “Velcro” and “tie-wraps” to arrange
the peripheral-cables in a convenient location at the
rear of the shelves. Be sure to use the cable
openings in the rear (item 18).
WARNING
In case a peripheral device is to be connected to an
external power source, this device must be of
medical grade.
