5.1 Set the reading mode and reading conditions
Start the system

Turn on Typhoon FLA 7000 and the computer.
2 Start the Typhoon FLA 7000 control software.
Set the reading conditions
Click the Fluorescence button in the main window to reach the Reader Settings window
for the fluorescence mode .
Set the reading conditions by following the steps in the table below.
All parts in the window are described in Overview of the main window, on
page 15 .
