Set the reading mode and reading conditions
Start the system

Turn on Typhoon FLA 7000 and the computer.

Start the Typhoon FLA 7000 control software.
Set the reading conditions
Click the Fluorescence button in the main window to reach the Reader Settings window
for the fluorescence mode .
Set the reading conditions by following the steps in the table below.

page 15
