Q. When I press START, I hear a dull, thumping
noise. What is it?

A. This sound is normal. It is letting you know the
oven is using a power level lower than   (High).

Q. Can   open the door during defrosting to check
on the progress of my food?

A. Yes. You 

 open the

Power level 10 cuts the total defrosting time to
approximately 1/3. During either, rotate or stir food

frequently.

Q. Why don’t the defrosting times in the
Defrosting Guide seem right for my food?

A. These times are averages. Defrosting time can vary
according to the temperature in your freezer. Set your
oven 

 the time indicated in the Defrosting Guide. If

your 

 is still not completely thawed at the end 

that time, reset your oven and adjust the time
accordingly.
