RX3i CPU Compatibility 

CPU315 or CPU320, with firmware version 7.0 or higher 
CPE305/CPE310 with firmware version 7.10 or higher 
Simplex or redundantly-controlled PROFINET I/O requires CRU320 release 

8.40 or higher.
