to open the drop-down list. The menu offers a choice
of seven suffix options:

Use the arrow keys to scroll to the desired suffix, and press
[ENTER]
to confirm the entry.

The next prompt asks for the most recent calibration date.
Press
[ENTER]
to reach the month of calibration.
Note:
Refer to the calibration data sheet for the most recent
calibration date.

Two alternatives are available to change a highlighted
number:
•
Use the numeric keys to enter the desired number.
•
Use the [
T
] or [
S
] arrow keys to scroll, in 1-digit
increments, to the desired number. (For example, if the text
box highlights 09, pressing the [
T
] key twice changes the
number to 07.) You can scroll from 01 to 12 for the month
and from 01 to 31 for the day inputs.

In either case, press
[ENTER]
to confirm the entry.
c.
Use the [
W
] or [
X
] key to move to the year or day entry.
Repeat steps a and b to change the entry.
