The Sabbath feature can be used for baking/roasting only. It cannot be used for convection, broiling, self-cleaning or
Delay Start cooking.
How to Set for Regular Baking/Roasting

After entering the SABBATH screen,
the touch screen pads will not
sound. They will change color to
indicate they are set.
For double oven models only,
touch
UPPER OVEN BAKE
and/or
LOWER
OVEN BAKE
to select the desired
oven(s).
Touch the numbers to set the
desired temperature between 170°F
and 550°F. No signal or temperature
will be given.
Touch
START
.
After a random delay period
of approximately 30 seconds
to 1 minute, the oven will begin
baking/roasting. The touch screen
will not change and the oven light
will be disabled.
To adjust the oven temperature, repeat
steps 3, 4, 5 and 6.
To cancel the Sabbath option, touch
and hold
CANCEL HOLD 3 SEC
for three
seconds.
NOTES: CANCEL HOLD 3 SEC, CLEAR/OFF
and
CANCEL
are the only pads which
are immediately active during Sabbath
baking. These pads will cancel the
current bake operation immediately
after being pressed and should only be
pressed after Sabbath ends. All other keys
have a delayed effect.
If a power outage occurred while
the oven was in Sabbath, the oven will
automatically turn off and stay off even
when the power returns. Sabbath mode
will resume, but any bake operation will
be canceled.
NOTE:
If a bake mode or a timed-bake
mode is active prior to entering the
Sabbath mode, those baking modes will
still be active after entering the Sabbath
mode. All other cooking modes will be
canceled after Sabbath mode begins.
