Self Diagnostic Mode
Self Diagnostic Mode
will not display errors and other information available in
Service Mode.
It does allow
for up to 60 minutes of wash pump and heater operation. Service Mode should be run before entering Self
Diagnostic Mode.
To enter the

1. Cancel any cycle started (including
Delay Start
), and make sure that the dishwasher is in a standby or

2. Disconnect power to the dishwasher for 30 seconds.
3. Within 3 minutes of reconnecting power, open the door and hold both the

4. Close the door. If the door is opened during the diagnostic procedure, closing the door will restart the
test.
All cycle LED’s, Clean LED and Rinse LED will turn off, and display machine type for 2 seconds; then proceed

when door closed. If the door is opened during this mode, the loads will stop immediately. The loads will
restart when the door is reclosed.
In step 4 (table below) if the temperature doesn't reach 122°F within 60 minutes, the error code "E3" will be
displayed on the SSD. If the temperature does reach 122°F, the load will stop and advance to step 5.
To exit the self diagnostic mode, disconnect the power.
