Note: The EFA will only respond to ping messages when it is in configuration mode.

UCSC EFA – Network Configuration 

The UCSC EFA uses the 

IICS Cloud Port

 (found on the bottom of the UCSC) to both communicate to 

controllers to gather data, as well as to connect to the Predix Cloud. The default IP Address assigned to 
this is 

172.31.0.100

, subnet mask 255.255.0.0. For more information on changing the IP Address, please
