Maintenance
• Check whether the structure limit of each gimbal axis is functioning. If there are any issues,
please contact the after-sales service team for repair.
• When the gimbal does not work or there is an image transmission function error, please check
whether the gimbal and aircraft connectors have been properly connected, and whether the
flexible, flat cable has become loose or disconnected.
• Check whether the gimbal and the aircraft connectors are bent, cracked, broken, or are blocked
by foreign matter, and whether the contact surfaces are clean.
• Check the camera lens for dirt. If there is any dirt, please use a special cleaning kit and clean it.
Do not use any solvents and corrosive detergents.
• During gimbal use, if the view vibrates sharply, please contact the after-sales service team for
handling.
• When the gimbal is not in use, mount the gimbal’s protective cover to protect the gimbal
camera.
