Install the processor unit before the water storage unit.
1. Open the shipping box.
2. Remove packing and discard. Remove the loose items.
3. Remove the system from the shipping container.
4. Pick a suitable location for the unit. Make sure that the desired location will have adequate room for routine maintenance
and service of the unit if the need arises.
5. Mount the reverse osmosis mounting bracket to the wall. The lag bolts will need to be mounted into 2 studs. The mounting
slots are 16” wide to accommodate this. Pre drill with a 3/32” drill bit.
NOTE:
Make sure that the “Emergency Bypass” valve stays in the off position (“Filtered Bypass” on page 10). It is only to
be turned on in case of a major malfunction.
6. Insert the water feed into City In (8 in “RO Unit Diagram” on page 4) on the RO unit. Do not turn on the city water at this time.
7. Run 3/8” tubing from the RO Out (12 in “RO Unit Diagram” on page 4) on the RO unit to “RO In” on the storage tank.
8. Run 3/8” tubing from Drain (10 in “RO Unit Diagram” on page 4) on the RO unit to a city drain.
NOTE:
When connecting the drain make sure there are no obstruction for the flow of the water. The drain should have no
shut off valves on it. It is completely normal for the drain to have water flow while the unit is producing water.
9. Run the Unit Connection Cord (“Installation Hardware” on page 5) from RO unit (9 in “RO Unit Diagram” on page 4)
to the storage tank.
Installation is now complete. Install the water storage unit next. The installation instructions for that unit will be in the unit guide
that came with the unit. The startup instructions for both units are also located in the water storage unit guide.
