UV STATUS LIGHTS

Exhaust Fan is not running at full speed

The UV System is designed to run whenever the Exhaust Fan is running.
The UV Status Lights will only activate when the UV System should be on. (Exhaust Fan running)
“UV System On” (Green) Light
• On when the UV System is energized
“UV Lamp Failure” (Yellow) Light
• On whenever the UV System is energized and one or more of the UV Lamps and/or UV Ballasts have failed or if the UV Lamps
do not have power
• The rest of the UV Lamps will continue to run - call a Certified Service Agent for service
“UV Safety Interlock Activated” (Red) Light
• On when a UV Access Door is Open
• On when an XG Extractor is not in place.
• On when UV Pressure Switch detects that the static pressure is too low.
• All UV Lamps will shut off immediately when any of the above conditions are met.
Normal Operation
• 3 Red lights on
• 6 Green lights on
UV Lamp Failure
• “Summary Alarm” light is off
• The Green light for the UV Lamp / Ballast that has failed will
be off
Note:
• UV Lamps are numbered 1 to 6 from front to back
• UV Ballasts are numbered 1 to 6 from left to right
• The top of the UV Module has several long slots cut out for
ventilation
