Disconnect the cables from the 5.25-inch component,
noting their locations and orientation. You will reconnect
the cables after you reinstall the component.

Pull the release latch down to the Unlock position on the
5.25-inch bay, then slide the component forward and out
of the bay.

Lift the 5.25-inch drive bay from the chassis to remove it.
8
Disconnect the power and data cables from the system
board, carefully noting their locations and orientation.
(You will reconnect the cables after you install the new
board.)

Remove the power supply by following the instructions
in
“Replacing the power supply” on page 60 .

Remove all memory modules by following the
instructions in
“Installing memory” on page 46 .
