Carefully lift the power supply out of the chassis, moving it forward to
clear the support bracket and dropping it down slightly to clear the side
mounting rail.

Make sure that the new power supply matches the one you removed. The
mounting holes should line up correctly, and the specifications and
power output connectors should be the same.

Place the new power supply in the proper position in the chassis and line
up the mounting holes with the holes in the chassis.

Replace the screws securing the power supply to the back panel and top
panel.

Reconnect the power connectors to the system board and to all internal
devices.

Close the case. (See “Closing the case” on page 27.)

Reconnect the power cord and all external peripherals, then turn on the
system.
