VEGETABLE CUTTING MACHINE
• The vegetable-cutting machine must be operated by trained personnel who are familiar with the operating and
safety instructions in this manual.
• in the event of a change of personnel, professional training is required.
• even if the machine is equipped with various safety systems, avoid bringing your hands close to the cutting
discs and moving parts.
• before any cleaning and maintenance work, make sure the machine is disconnected from the mains.
• periodically check the condition of cables and electrical elements.
• never use the vegetable cutter with frozen food.
• never replace parts of the machine by yourself, instead contact the service department.
The vegetable-cutting machine manufactured by us and described in this manual fulfils, with regard to safety, the
requirements on mechanical hazards set out in standard gb4706.38-2003.
Safety guards against electrical hazards comply with cenelec
standard gb4706.38-2003. A safety microswitch is fitted to the
machine which stops operation of the machine when the cover
is opened to access the cutting discs, and another microswitch
on the material inlet.
A relay has been set up on the low-voltage control circuit, which requires a voluntary restart (activation) of the
machine when the power fails.
Due to the perfect insulation of all electrical elements and the remarkable resistance of the aluminium treatment,
together with the material used, our machines can be installed to work inside wet rooms.
