INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Check that the power supply installation is normal and that the supply voltage is coordinated
with the operating voltage.

The oil level is indicated in the inner tank; during use, the amount of oil in the tank must
be kept at a certain level. MAX” indicates the maximum oil volume and “MIN” indicates the
minimum oil volume. During use, the user can adjust the oil volume according to his or her
needs.

Connect the machine to the power supply, the orange lamp is lit and power has been
supplied to the machine.

Turn the temperature controller clockwise and set the required temperature to the
red point. The orange indicator light lights up. This indicates that the electric heating pipe is
working and that the oil temperature in the cooker is rising.

1) When the oil temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature controller can
automatically interrupt the supply.
2)
When the oil temperature drops, the temperature controller is able to power up
automatically. The orange indicator is lit, the electric heating pipe works again, and the oil
temperature rises.

This is repeated several times to ensure that the oil temperature is constant at the set
temperature.
5.
The pot lid is designed to keep the pot clean and warm. When inserting through the lid, make
sure there is no water in it in case water drops into the pot and oil and splashes.
6.
1) A frying basket is included for frying small amount of food. The basket is equipped with a
hook and a handle.
2)
Soak the basket into oil when operating. When the frying is finished, lift the basket and
hand it in the front notch of pot to filter oil, User can put big food into pot to fry.
