5.0 Periodical Maintenance
Attention: do not use water to clean the heater!!
Arrange for an annual inspection by a qualified technician. Clean the heater with compressed air after each round and
clean the filter, in necessary with water & soap, when needed.
6.0 Problem shooting
Problems can occur in the following areas:

Gas supply
B
= Electricity supply
C
= Control and/or Safety units
Please contact your gas technician in case there are problems.
6.1 Problem solving.
The most common problem causes are:
a) Dirty air filter / dirty venturi
d) Pilot flame guard damaged
b) Dirty main jet / pilot jet
e) No electricity supplied to the heater for the G12 Asco
c) Thermo couple damaged
f) Incorrect gas pressure to the heaters, either too high or too low
7.0 Spare parts:
: When ordering spare parts please give details of the heater for which the parts are to be used, like:
Heater type, gas type, pressure range, connection voltage, year of constructions, type of controller, etc.
