APPENDIX E: LASER SAFETY INFORMATION
DX4040 user should be aware that the apparatus contains a potentially harmful laser
device. DX4040 fulfils the requirements for Laser Class 1 according to the standard EN
60825-2007 (IEC 60825-2007). The laser device, included into the DX4040, is fully
enclosed and only trained service personnel should open the enclosure in case of
service of the analyser. Please, read carefully the following remarks:
