Requirements
• Place the intrinsically safe power supply unit
next to an easily accessible 12 or 24 Volt line in
your automobile.
• As usual, the cable is laid through a vehicle‘s
luggage compartments.

Before using the device, make sure to read the user guide carefully. The
GASLIGHT may only be used under the following parameters: -20 °C < TA
< +40 °C.
Incomplete or Damaged Deliveries
If your product is damaged, the components should be replaced immedia-
tely upon discovery. If a product is damaged or incomplete, please contact
our Service Desk:

• Only ever use 12 or 24 Volt lines.
• When connecting the 12 / 24 Volt line, make sure that the right voltage is
connected and that the positive terminal and ground cable are correctly
attached.
• Make sure that the power supply is protected with a 0.5 A fast-blow
fuse.
• Never open the casing of the intrinsically safe power supply unit.
• The device may only be repaired by an authorized specialist. Our Service
Desk will provide instructions if a repair is necessary.
• Protect the intrinsically safe power supply unit from moisture. Regularly
check the device for damage.
