11.3.
MULTIPLE UNIT OPERATION
There are several options for installation of multiple units in close proximity. The follow-
ing list of examples will be helpful in determining an appropriate method of connection.
For proper operation, each walk-through metal detector must be set to receive no inter-
ference from adjoining units. This can be determined by observing the bar graph indica-
tion of one unit while switching the remaining unit(s) from
Standby
to
Operate
. If the
noise flicker increases on the
BAR GRAPH
of a unit, then it may be necessary to
select another set-up.
