Test equipment Type 2 coupler
1 Connect Type 2 coupler from test equipment to charging station's corresponding socket.
2 Select 16A or 32A on test equipment (depending on which current the charging station is manufactured for).
3a Charging station without RFID function:
• Set the Control Pilot (CP) button to the “1” position.
• The blue light L1 turns on (single-phase connection). Indicates that charging has started.
• Or the three lights, L1, L2 and L3, turn on (three-phase connection). Indicates that charging has started.
3b Charging station with RFID function:
• Set the Control Pilot (CP) button to the “1” position.
• Swipe the RFID tag in front of the pole's RFID window (the tag must be registered in the portal).
• The blue light L1 turns on (single-phase connection). Indicates that charging has started.
• Or the three lights, L1, L2 and L3, turn on (three-phase connection). Indicates that charging has started.
• Swipe the RFID tag again to finish charging.
4 Set the Control Pilot (CP) button to the “0” position.
Test equipment for Type 2,
three-phase

Check the RCBO/RCD, and for 32A charging stations even the filter
(found at the bottom edge of the pole),
every 6 months
