Downloading Connect IQ Features Using

load it.

About My Day
The My Day widget is a daily snapshot of your
activity. This is a dynamic summary that up-
dates throughout the day. As soon as you climb
a flight of stairs or record an activity, it appears
in the widget. The metrics include your last re-
corded sport, intensity minutes, floors climbed,
steps, calories burned, and more. You can tap
the touchscreen to view additional metrics.
Intensity Minutes
To improve your health, organizations such
as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention, the American Heart Association
®
,
and the World Health Organization, recommend
at least 150 minutes per week of moderate
intensity activity, such as brisk walking, or 75
minutes per week of vigorous intensity activity,
such as running.
The device monitors your activity intensity and
tracks your time spent participating in moderate
to vigorous intensity activities. You can work
toward achieving your weekly intensity minutes
