4.4.1.2 RS-485/422

The GIA 63(X) contains a total of 5 channels of RS-485 serial data communications. Any two of these 
channels can also be configured as one RS-422 channel to allow for system flexibility. These data busses 
conform to EIA standard RS-485, or RS-422, depending on which mode they are currently operating in.
