5. MAINTENANCE
DANGER! Risk of injury!
Injury when the product starts accidentally.

Disconnect the product from the mains before
you maintain the product.
To clean the pump:

Risk of injury and risk of damage to the
product.

Do not clean the product with a water jet
(in particular high-pressure water jet).
v
Do not clean with chemicals including petrol or
solvents. Some can destroy critical plastic parts.
v
Clean the pump with a damp cloth.
To clean the filter [ Fig. M1 ]:
In order to ensure continuous trouble-free operation, the
filter

should be cleaned at regular intervals.
1. Push in the two locks
(12)
and pull off the foot
(13)
down-
wards.
2. Clean the filter
(14)
and the foot
(13)
under running water.
3. Reassemble all parts in reverse order. Make sure that
the two locks
(12)
are correctly engaged.
The pump must not be operated without the filter
(14)
.
To clean the watering control:
Make sure that the surface and the contacts of the water-
ing control always are clean and dry before you connect
the watering control.
Do not use running water.

Clean the contacts and the plastic parts with a soft and
dry cloth.
6. STORAGE
To put into storage:
The product must be stored away from children.
1. Disconnect the watering control.
2. Clean the pump and the watering control
(see 5. MAINTENANCE).
3. Store the pump and the watering control in a dry,
enclosed and frost-free place.
Disposal:
(in accordance with RL2012/19/EC)
The product must not be disposed of to normal
household waste. It must be disposed of in line with local
environmental regulations.
IMPORTANT!
Dispose of the product through or via your municipal
recycling collection centre.
7. TROUBLESHOOTING

Disconnect the product from the mains before
you troubleshoot the product.
4. Connect the pump

to the watering control

5. Plug the watering control
(1)
into an electrical outlet.
6. Turn the rotary switch
(11)
to the desired watering
program.
The watering starts and the control lamp
(Lc)
illuminates
green.
7. During the first watering, check all connections for
leaks.
If the watering program is to be changed, the rotary
switch
(11)
must first be turned to the OFF position.
Problem

Drip heads are below the water

Place the first drip head above the
water surface.
Pump is running but the delivery
drops suddenly
Foot / Filter is clogged.

Clean the foot / filter.

Watering control is disconnected.
