TURNING ON AND OFF

When power is supplied, the card displays for several se-

conds the software version.

Then the oven goes to the OFF status and on the  time 

display the LED is turned on and it stays on hold.

By pressing 

ON/OFF

:

you turn the card on;

all the displays turn on;

the temperature display flashes waiting for the the set 

point value to be inserted:

- default temperature 100 °C,

- default timer 000,

- default humidity 0,

- default program display 

MA

 (manual function of the 

oven).

When the temperature is set using the 

+

 or

 -

 keys, the di-

splay continues to flash for 15 seconds and then accepts 

the set value, or, by pressing the temperature key it im-

mediately accepts the set value and the display shows 

the set point permanently and the time display flashes 

automatically.

When the time is set using the 

+

 or 

-

 keys on the display

continues to flash for 15 seconds and then accepts the 

set value, or, by pressing the time key it immediately ac-

cepts the set value and the display shows the set time 

permanently and the humidity display flashes automa-

tically.

When the humidity value is set using the 

+

 or 

-

 key the 

display continues to flash for 15 seconds and then accepts 

the set value, or, by pressing the humidity key it immedia-

tely accepts the set value.

At this point all the displays are permanent and show the 

set values. The programs display remains in the 

MA

  po-

sition and it does not flash unless the 

P

  key is pressed in 

order to access the programming.

During the cooking cycle, at the stage of variation of the 

set parameters, by pressing the relevant key (temperatu-

re, time, humidity) and using the 

+

 or 

-

 keys, it is possi-

ble to change the parameters waiting for 15 seconds or 

pressing the relevant key and the program does not go 

automatically to the following value as in the initial stage.

When you turn the oven off using the 

ON/OFF

 key or at 

the end of the cooking cycle, the set parameters are sto-

red for 5 minutes. 

5 minutes after it was turned off the card returns, when 

restarted, to the 

MA

 (manual) operation.
