The control system is configured for operation
with an manual enable switch (two-hand
operation), however the manual enable
switch is not connected or is defective.
Either connect the manual enable switch or
exchange it.

Travel monitoring
The control system has detected an error
during movement of the bench. The bench
may be jammed or overloaded, or a motor is
not correctly connected to the control system.
Rectify the fault and then move the bench
briefly in the opposite direction.
